		<description>If we don&#039;t rally back today, the recent cycle is broken. Markets should be rallying into the Winter Solstice on Dec 21st. They should have bottomed out on the 2nd or 4th Dec. From my perspective this would be good and a sign the markets are re-aligning with the cycles, having been cockeyed for much of the year.</description>
