Monday’s commentary stated that the market looked like another round of money printing was imminent. Today we learn the Fed is leaning on the swap rate. Duh! Monday’s net line buy signal certainly worked well. It implied a target of 1300, which seemed crazy Monday, but doesn’t seem crazy now.
