Watching the Solunar Model Charts

The Solunar Model charts for stocks and crude oil have performed relatively well. With the calendar heading into volatile Autumn, we're paying close attention to these. Notice the gold Solunar Model also. That's quite the rally forecast.

This New Moon

Today's new moon on August 24 is falls at the same time of year as the August 25, 1987 new moon that marked the peak prior to that crash. Should we expect something similar?  The lunar phases repeat nearly exactly every nineteen years, the Metonic cycle. That cycle breaks down into the eight year ogdoas and the eleven year hendekas, to use the original Greek names.  1987 + 19 + 8 = 2014. The Solunar Model chart within shows the average of a number of years similar to 2014 in terms of lunar phases, not just 1987.  It's important to remember that Spiral Calendar structures and eclipse cycles are not reflected in the Solunar Model chart. There is no one-size-fits-all tool.
